Something has changed, and you are struggling. Your mind has been filled with negative thoughts, directed towards yourself and it is creating conflict or distance in your relationships with others. More than anything you want to understand what is going on in your head, to get a grasp on your thoughts and feelings so that you can finally get a handle on the changes happening in your life. While you may not know what tools will help you, you do know what doesn’t work and are seeking a guide who can help provide relief.

My name is Abigail, and I offer you the skills and ability to explore and enhance your understanding of yourself, to better manage whatever life might throw at you. I look at therapy as your personal GPS, or compass, to help guide you on the path so that you can arrive at the destination you desire in life. We will build skills together that allow you to identify and overcome the roadblocks that are holding you back, difficulties that show up as thoughts, emotions/feelings, and even as physical sensations. Our work will help relieve these negative feelings, unhelpful thoughts, and physical limitations, making room for new insight and confidence in yourself.

Now is the time to reach out and embrace a safe space where you will learn how to better understand yourself. Call, text, or use the request appointment link to-day to schedule your first appointment.

Funny Story

When I was four years old, my friend and I were at daycare playing make believe “Snow White”. We thought it would be a great idea to pick the berries on a nearby bush to “make believe” they were poison apples. Well, turns out we gave the teacher a heart attack because those berries would have actually poisoned us!
