I understand how difficult it can be to begin therapy. You might be feeling scared of being judged, and might not think therapy will work for you. I have struggled with these feelings myself and therapy has been extremely beneficial for me to be the best person I can be. Whether or not you have a “diagnosis”, therapy is incredibly important, and is a space where you get to talk about your everyday stressors, or your major traumas. It’s up to you!
I will provide you with a safe, nonjudgmental, and unbiased space to talk about you on a weekly basis. I will use my experience dealing with complex mental health concerns, anxiety, and depression to give you the tools you need to live a better, healthier life. I am an empathetic and compassionate person, and will bring these traits to every session with you so you feel comfortable and heard.
If you are ready to take control of your life, and would like the support you deserve, contact me and let’s get something scheduled!

Funny Story
I used to work on an ACT team back home in New York. We would review cases every morning before going about our day. One of my coworkers said that she read one of our clients the riot act, when she was done speaking and with a straight face I asked her what the riot act was, completely clueless to the phrase. The team laughed and had to explain what that meant, I felt very silly but thankfully my team laughed with me and not at me.
