Finding a space where you can be yourself and begin to make the important changes in your life can be difficult and overwhelming. I provide a supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely and without judgment. Together we will address your unique challenges, learn specific coping skills and strategies, and transform areas of stagnation into the growth and progress you are seeking.

I work with clients wherever they are in their journey. My prospective clients are eager to make changes but may feel stuck needing more tools to manage issues such as relationship challenges, codependency, family conflict, chronic stress and anxiety, or living with ADHD. They may also struggle with perfectionism, inflexibility, or negative thinking.

I have served my community for over 10 years, serving in Outpatient, Community, Inpatient, Residential, and Private Practice settings and have experience working with individuals and families. I bring this experience to my sessions with you while also tailoring each session to your individual needs. I enjoy working with people from various religious backgrounds, nationalities, sexual orientations, and ethnic/cultural identities and as my client, it is important that you feel seen and accepted. I believe that authenticity is a gift and I invite you to come as you are and release the pressure to be the “perfect client”. Whatever you are facing, whatever life has thrown your way, you are not alone.

Ready to reach out? I invite you to call or text to schedule a free 15 minute consultation where we can discuss any additional questions you might have. I'm so glad you are here, and I can't wait to begin our work together!

Favorite Books

One of my personal favorites is: How to Be Free, By Epictetus

A book I often recommend for clients:

I Thought It Was Just Me But It Isn’t; Making the Journey from “What will People Think” to “I am Enough” by Brene Brown

Hobbies

I am a great lover of the outdoors and enjoy a good hike with my dog or getting out on the water. Having recently discovered paddle boarding I have added it to my long list of water ventures. When I'm not outside or with my husband and daughter having family time, you can find me out enjoying a great meal, playing my guitar, catching up on the latest HBO series, or beading on my porch.
